Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
This policy covers the website valarsolutions.com. It is short because the site collects very little.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Valar Solutions (operated by Vladimir Pokidko), Vilnius, Lithuania. For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What the partnership form collects
When you send the form, we store the name, email address, company (if you give one), topic and message you entered, together with the time of sending and the language of the page.
We use these details only to read and answer your request. The legal basis is your request itself and our legitimate interest in replying to it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
The request is stored on our server and sent to our mailbox. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or pass it to anyone beyond the service providers named below.
Service providers
Cloudflare carries all traffic to the site (encryption and delivery), so it processes your IP address and request data; it also routes email sent to [email protected]. Google hosts the mailbox those emails and the form notifications arrive in, and the form notifications are sent through Google’s mail servers. Amazon Web Services stores our encrypted database backups in the EU (Frankfurt).
How long we keep it
Requests stored by the site are deleted automatically 12 months after they were sent. A conversation that continues by email stays in our mailbox for as long as it is relevant to that conversation. Backup copies of the database are kept for up to three months, so a deleted request is gone from them within that time.
Visiting the site
The site has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels and no embedded third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server.
The site sets two cookies that it needs to work: a session cookie and a security token cookie (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects the form from forged submissions. They contain no profile of you and expire after two hours at most.
To protect the form from abuse, the site counts submissions per IP address for one hour. Our web server also records technical request data, such as IP address, time and requested page, in its logs for security and troubleshooting; these logs are kept for a limited period and then rotated out.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you, to restrict or object to its use, or to give it to you in a portable form. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
Our products
Each of our products has its own privacy policy, published on its own site. For Verba, see https://verbadaily.com/privacy.
Changes
If what the site does with data changes, we update this page and the date above.
